KBA Members are welcome to use the pass to participate in any program, including webinars, section programs, and extended seminars like the Bench Bar Conference or the Ethics Bowl Competition. On-Demand CLE programs (typically $60/credit hour) are also available as part of your CLE Easy Pass.

The Tennessee Supreme Court issued an Order in 2022 amending TSC Rule 21, permanently eliminating the cap on distance learning CLE hours so Tennessee attorneys can earn all fifteen of their CLE hours online.

Terms and Conditions:

• The CLE Easy Pass is valid for one year from January 1 – December 31. Any unused hours will be forfeited and will not be carried over.
• The CLE Easy Pass is limited to one (1) per KBA member and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The CLE Easy Pass entitles the member to 15 hours of KBA CLE programming for $525. Annual KBA membership dues must be paid prior to purchasing the CLE Easy Pass.
• The CLE Easy Pass is not eligible for special programming including but not limited to the Summer Fun CLE series, Lunch & Learns, and the Masters in Trial extended program.
• All other Knoxville Bar Association CLE coupons must be used separately from the CLE Easy Pass. 

CLE Easy Pass holders are asked to register in advance for programs to ensure that the KBA will have appropriate materials and space available for all who attend. When registering for a KBA CLE seminar in person or over the phone, please identify yourself as a CLE Easy Pass member. Cancellations must be received in writing 24 hours prior to a seminar. Cancellation notices should be e-mailed to cle@knoxbar.org.
